Refund Policy
All sales and purchases of Digital Assets via the GENERAL PAYMENTS GATE LIMITED Services are final. Therefore, if you have successfully passed verification and you purchased any of our available cryptocurrencies, we will not accept any returns and/or provide you with any refunds for your purchase of any of Digital Assets you have purchased. If verification process is not completed, and/or you have not provided the Company with the necessary KYC Documentation, any card transaction will be automatically cancelled. A refund to your card may take up to 14 business days depending on the conditions of your bank.
